Default Electrical 1996 Crownline 202 Electrical Issues

I'm in the middle of a total rebuild. I had power to the entire boat two days ago. I went to fire it up to test the new carb rebuild and I have no power. Battery voltage is good. I have power to the big CB on top of the engine, both sides. It looks like power then goes to the front of the boat. Is there a CB/fuse that protects the front of the boat and the panel? Is there a wiring diagram that anyone has for a 96 Crownline 202? Thanks.

There is a CB next to the key, reset that and there should be one on the top of the engine too.

A few years back I added a second battery with the intentions of splitting the Helm and Engine Circuits (Engine Start, Bilge Pump, Bilge Blower and Trim) and putting them on their respective Batteries. I did an extensive on-line search for a Crownline Schematic only to come up with the one in the Owner's Manual. When compared to the real thing, the Helm in my boat, it was not very accurate and left me scratching my head a lot. So, I went through the Circuits I needed to accomplish my goal and corrected them and added the new Circuits for the Equipment I added; so the following owner's will have the benefit of my labors. I hope this helps you.

For some reason the Schematics didn't attach to the post, I will try again. Better.
