Default "Card Shark" 43' Nortech V Stolen

Anyone in the area that boats on Texoma has probably seen "Card Shark", a 43 Nortech V with big power. If you know it, you may also know he took delivery of a new Nortech Cat by the same name this year; paint on both boats done my David Morgan (Custom Touch) in Austin.

The V has been on the market and stored at Derebery Performance (home of Beyond Reason). It was stolen last Friday evening at 7 PM according to surveillance cameras, by 2 guys with a black Dually. It wasn't discovered until Sunday evening. They cut the lock on the gate, stole the boat within minutes and replaced the lock with a new one. They had a plan.

I'm posting a pic I took of it last year at the High Roller as well as some other pics being used for ID all over the place.

If you're a member of OSO you should have gotten the email also.

Today the insurance company came out with the following. The 50 kb PDF is to big to post.

By the way, Pottsboro Tx is right next to Lake Texoma. The likelihood that this boat was towed very far I would think it slim but you never know. For this kind of hardware, I'm sure getting a container to move it around wouldn't be hard.

It's got #6 drives and unique Teague carb'd Quadrotor 565's. 1000 HP each.

Great looking boat. I'd think that something like that would be hard to hide. They must have a plan

How much is a boat like that worth?

Who pays the reward? The insurance company?

Hmmmmmm......it was stolen last Friday evening at 7 PM according to surveillance cameras, by 2 guys with a black Dually.

I know someone who got rid of a black dually this weekend........

Seriously though.....that is a beautiful boat and I hope they find the scum that stole it.

The Insurance Company is offering the reward. It was on the market for $450k so $50k reward is risk mitigation on their part.

Of course there is an obvious question that comes up with something like this......but we won't go there.
