There is a rock bar going across the lake tomahawk thoroughfare also, its marked but the bouy is in bad shape. The lake has been down for several years.

He's no fisherman, just a family boater. If the weather is bad they will go to town and look for fun things to do with their girls, bowling, eating ice cream, etc. He always finds a way to make the best of it. As for boating with the HQ family, there's always the Illinois River and the Loop Cruise.

This year's Loop Cruise was a little raw for me and my little open boat; I'm in the comfort years. I need to get out more with my boat with other boaters.

When I get it back together I'll post and ask where people in my area are boating. Thanks Dale.

Even though hitting the rock pile was a real "bummer" the insurance experience was very good and I was totally satisfied with the compensation. I talked with a company representative and asked what would happen to my insurance? He said that my deductable would go back to it's original point which was not bad, no other penalties.

I want to thank Bob Lloyd for working with me on getting my parts, that also was a great experience. Bob is a real genuine guy and a special guy to do business with. My 19P Rev 4 arrived last Thursday and my Lower Drive unit arrived today and I'll be back in the water by Wednesday, how cool is that? Thanks again Bob.

Great News Mike. Dow get that thing back together and stop having my luck.

Whenever you decide to loan out that Rev 4, keep me in mind ok? I'd still like to try one before making that purchase.

I was kind of lazy today so got a late start on the repairs. While the Gear Lube drained I worked on the tamper-proof screws that hold the Stainless Steel Skeg Protector (I don't know what brand it is) and finally got it off. The aluminum skeg took a real beating from the previous owner. It would have been a reasonable repair at the time, but he decided to cover it up. I have the original aluminum prop and it is wrinkled pretty good. So, the attached pictures show the reveal.
